The houses include all necessary equipments for four to six persons, including outdoor furniture.
The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, and all usual domestic appliancies (a washing machine is in the bathroom of the small cabanon).
The swimming pool is 3 x 6 m, and protected by electronic alarm system.

A 200€ deposit is requested at the beginning of your stay.
It will be returned one month after departure.
It is a non smoking house and pets are not allowed.
Principal house includes :
One bedrooms with one 140cm wide bed.
One bedrooms with two 80cm wide beds.
If desired, the secondary house is available for one additionnal bedroom, including one 140cm wide bed. (consult for conditions)
We can accomodate baby facilities at your convenience
Important Nota : The Rivauguier valley is an open space, including many terraces, slopes, walls, a pound, a river, etc ... Some of these spaces can be difficult for children under 3/4 years old (we experienced it), but over this age Rivauguier is a real adventure field for kids.
Living on an other part of the property, we will be around to ensure your staying for a better convenience and comfort.
The RIVAUGUIER HAMLET
The two houses are part of the same old agricultural property of 37 acres of land, planted with olive trees. The whole site, located over the limits of Cotignac and Entrecasteaux villages, is fully protected.
The principal house, about 80 m2, includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with fire-place, a large kitchen and several terraces.
The secondary house includes another bathroom, and an additionnal bedroom if required .
These two houses form an the Rivauguier Hamlet typically 19° century, which have been restored with respect of their architecture. Thick walls keep freshness in summertime. During spring and automn, a new woodstove in the kitchen and the fireplace in the living room heat the whole house when necessary.
An old stone basin has been recently restored (2012) for a private swimming pool of the cabanons.
