Project of a 154 bedrooms hotel *** located on main road to the
airport from Accra, capital of Ghana. The building is imagined like a sign, to be seen from far
away, in Accra skyline. Tower-totem.
The panoramic elevators are protected by large concrete eyeshade, and constitute animation on the avenue.
The master plan is mainly perpendicular to this avenue. The bedroom floors are also protected
from heat and sun, with the same concrete eyeshades.
Accomodations, general hall and services are situated on ground floor, under landscaped terraces,
and are generally independant from main part of the building. This original disposition offers
free spacial organisation and capacity to move fonctions easily in the future.
