2012, ongoing.The Golf National in Saint Quentin en Yvelines has been chosen to host the Ryder Cup in 2018. Major golf event, holding the Ryder Cup on this site brings the two associated operators (FFG French Golf Federation and ACCOR) to optimize their buildings and extend them according to differentiated programs.
B + S architectures led to the project owners a full feasibility study of the site including various analyzes and options based on differentiated programs and site constraints.
The study is completed with a sketch for the different projects:
- On central site of the National Golf, the creation of a home High Level and the restructuration of offices and club house, the creation of a PROACT room and dining spaces for meeting rooms Novotel business center, the complete rehabilitation of the Novotel with restoration of the facades, the creation of an extension with pool and spa in basement of a building of 48 accommodation rooms.
- On the site of the golf Oiselet, at the entrance , construction of an hotel*** with 80 rooms. Rehabilitation of the driving range, construction of a pro shop and training center.
